2. Is it free to join BZdot? Joining BZdot is absolutely

3. Why is it important that I enter my correct address? It
is very important that you enter your correct verifiable address into your
account so that we can send you money that you earn. If a wrong address has been
given, we will be unable to send you money if you have chosen to receive a check
in the mail. If your address has changed or an error has been made, you can

4. I forgot my password. What do I do? We will have you
back on BZdot in no time. Just click on the Forgot my ID or
Password link underneath the

5. How can I join BZdot? It only takes a few seconds to
join BZdot. Just click on the Join Now link under the member login box, fill
in the blanks, go to your email account, confirm your email address, and then

6. What information do I have to provide BZdot when I sign
up? The information that you have to provide BZdot is your name,
valid e-mail address and home address, telephone number (for emergency contact),
Age, Gender, Education, and Occupation. All other

7. I can not log into my account and I know that I am using the
correct user name and password. What is wrong? It is possible that your
web browser options are set up incorrectly. If you know that you are using the
correct username and password, try the following: ( go Top)

Under the Internet Explorer menu, click Tools/Internet options/Connections/LAN
settings. Then make sure to uncheck the mark next to proxy server.
2) If an error
message is generated and the page cannot be displayed, then try the following:
Click Tools/Internet options/Advanced and make sure that there is a check mark
next to SSL 2.0 AND SSL 3.0. Make sure that you click OK and restart your
browser.

8. Should I protect my User ID and Password? Absolutely!
Your BZdot account is protected, but if you share your password or
your personal information with others, you are responsible for all actions taken

create your profile so that you can make yourself credible. By creating your
profile, you make it easier for users to trust your work and want to contact
you. If you are selling documents, answering questions, or trying to establish a
biz network, making a profile will greatly increase your chances of

2. Can I hide my profile? No, you cannot.
Bzdot can not allow profiles to be hidden because it is important that users who want to see another users credibility can do so.

3. What can I do on My Profile Page? My profile is your
personal hub. From this page, you can control (Add/Change/Delete) many
functions:
(1) Change
ID/Password, contact info and information about yourself. (2)
Upload/Change your profile picture. (3) Add or
withdraw money from your account. (4) View
your buying and selling activity (5)

4. How do I edit My Profile? On your My Profile page click on Edit Profile. You will be able to change everything on your profile page and more.

1. What is My Account? My Account is your own personal
finance center. You can see what money you have earned, what you have purchased,
and how much money you have to spend. You can also request withdrawals and add
additional money to your account by prepaying. ( go Top)
2. Can I see my Transactions? Yes. You can see all the
previous transactions that you have made. Just look on the left side of your
Profile Page and you will see a list of what transactions you have made and in

3. How do I check my Account Balance? You can check you account balance by
logging into your profile page and looking at the left column of the page. You
will see the balance that is available within your account. ( go Top)
4. Is there a surcharge for Prepaying? The current
e-commerce transaction fee for prepaying is a flat rate surcharge of $1.00. You
will see this fee added on to the prepayment amount that you specify. ( go Top)
5. Is my credit card information safe? Definitely. We here
at BZdot take security very very seriously. We store and process your
information on computers located in the United States that are protected by
physical and technological security. Your credit card information is always
encrypted and processed through Pay Pal, a highly credible and secure merchant

6. Why do I have to prepay before I check out? Prepaying
for your document or for Q & A probably seems a little different at first,
but we think you will like it. After you click the document you would like to
purchase, the following steps will happen.
(1) You
will be prompted by a box stating that you do not have enough in your account to
make your purchase. If you do not, then you will be linked to the prepayment
page. If you do have enough money in your account, you will continue with the
checkout process

may withdraw money from your account at anytime. The minimum withdrawal amount

7. How do I track my sales income? After you register with
BZdot you will be able to see every dollar that comes into your account

Is there a surcharge for withdrawing money from my account?
A small fee of $1.50 will be charged per withdrawal of funds from the user
account for mailed check only. If you would like to receive payment through
PayPal, you will not be charged. ( go Top)
2. How can I make a withdrawal request? Click on Withdraw
Request from you account page. ( go Top)
3. How long does it take for me to receive a check? There
is a maximum of a three business day processing time with an average of a three
to four day postal delivery on all withdrawal request with checks sent.
For money sent via PayPal, there is a three day processing time with an average
of three to four business days before the money will post to your PayPal

4. Is there another way to receive money from my account?
Domestic users will have the option of receiving money either by mail or by an
email account (Via PayPal) All international users will only be able to receive

5. How do I receive money from my sales? We will either
send you a check in the mail or send you money electronically through PayPal
anytime that you request to withdraw money from your account. If you would like
to receive a check through the mail, it is very important that you give your
correct mailing address when registering. If you need to make a change to your
mailing address, then click the edit profile button on your profile page to

the levels mean? Your score (tied to the levels) creates trust and credibility.
If you have a higher score, it means that you are knowledgeable and have
provided quality and efficient service and work on BZdot. ( go Top)
2. How can
I increase my score? You can increase your score through several different ways.
The first way to increase your score is by selling documents. You get points for
posting a document for sale as well as when you sell a document, the buyer can
rate your document for quality, price, and structure. The second way to increase
your score is by answering questions. When you answer a Q & A question,
other users can rate your answer by clicking on the plus or minus sign. The
third way to increase your score is by having users view your profile. When they
view your profile, they can check a several scoring options based on the quality
of your profile. The fourth way to increase your score is to ask a question in
Q&A. When you ask a question, your score increases according to the price
that you set for someone to answer your question. ( go Top)
3. Why has
my score decreased? Your score can decrease in several ways. When someone
purchases a document from you, they rate the document according to several
criteria. Your score can also decrease when you answer a question that someone
asked. Other users can rate the answer that you provided that questioner. If you
answer is poor, other users will rate your answer poorly and this will decrease

4. Why is
my score important? Your score creates trust and credibility. If you have a
higher score, it means that you are knowledgeable and have provided quality and
efficient service and work on BZdot. Users will be more likely to download
your documents, ask you questions, and try to network with you. It also lowers

Is the scoring in
every service in BZdot the same? No. Even though it is similar, there is a
slight difference. When you're answering a question in the Q & A other
members can rate you by clicking on a plus or minus next to the answer that you
gave. This ads or takes away one point from your score. Similarly, when a user
visits your profile, they can give you a point by
clicking on the plus sign within you're My profile. They
are unable to take away a point on your profile page. This point can be given if
you have helped someone answer a question, you added them to
your network, or for a variety of other reasons. Scoring for the selling of
documents is slightly different. When you sell a document, the purchaser rates
your document on Quality, Price, and Structure. They can click on small bubbles
1 -5 for each of the three criteria 1 being the lowest and 5 meaning the
highest. These scores are then averaged to give you a score. For

Sometimes a question can not be simply answered by the use of the BZdot search engine. During these times, BZdot has a Q & A feature, where if you can not find the information that you are looking for, you may ask a large number of BZdot users the question you can not find the answer to. Yes. BZdot forms, templates, and samples are totally free. Other websites charge to download these, but with BZdot, you can choose from over 5,000 that cover every aspect of business, and download them to your desktop in seconds ? all for free. ( go Top)

1. What is BZdot Answers? BZdot's search engine is
an excellent way to find biz information on hundreds of topics such as biz
start-ups, financing, and online marketing, but sometimes it is impossible to
find the answer or information that you are looking for. BZdot Q & A is
a way to get help from Biz owners, Biz professionals and experts in a specific
field or specialty. When you post a question to BZdot Answers, you will
specify how much you're willing to pay for the answer up to $200.00. A
professional will either search for the information you want if he or she does
not know it, or relay real life personal advice and expertise. They will then
post it to BZdot Answers, and you will be notified through your email. You
will only be charged for your question if and when an answer is posted to it.
More then one BZdot User can answer your question (s) so you will more than
likely have a few answers to choose from. You can choose the one that you feel
answers your question the best. A closed symbol will be able to be seen next to
the questions that have been already answered. You will not be compensated and
your answer will not be chosen for answering these closed questions. ( go Top)
2. Who Will Answer My question? Any professional and user
of BZdot can answer your questions and most questions are answered promptly
by a number of users, but please keep in mind that some questions simply don't
have clear answers, and sometimes, the price posted by you for a question is too
little to justify the time commitment required for an answer or the rarity of
your question. It's also possible the answer to your question is simply not

3. What questions can I ask? You can ask any question that
is biz related, and you can edit your question by changing its content or price
range at any time as long as it is not being answered. Most questioners are
looking for a specific piece of information like, "How do I start a Sushi
Restaurant?" or "What is a DBA? Keep in mind that BZdot Q & A is not a
substitute for professional advice or services especially when dealing with
legal matters. We reserve the right to delete questions on a case-by-case basis
if they do not comply with our guidelines or "Proper Use," as specified in our
User Agreement.

4. How much do answers cost? An answer will cost
you how much you're willing to pay for the answer: up to $ 200.00 An BZdot
user will either search for the information you want if he or she does not know
it, or relay real life personal biz advice and expertise. ( go Top)
5. How much should I pay for my question? What price should
I set? The more research required to find an answer, the higher the price you
should set for your question. Setting a price too low to compensate for the time
required may result in your question not receiving an answer or not as detailed
answer. The more you are willing to pay, the more likely your question is to get
answered quickly. 70% of your question price goes directly to the BZdot user
who answers your question; the other 30 percent goes to BZdot to support the

6. Will I be charged for more than one answer? No. You will
only be charged for the answer that you choose. The maximum dollar amount you
stated for your question will be on hold within your prepaid account. You must
have enough money in your prepaid account to cover the question. ( go Top)
7. How will I know when my question has been answered? You
will be sent an email that an BZdot Biz User has answered your question. You
will then be able to view the answer(s) to your question within you're
My
profile area. ( go Top)
8. What happens after the first month if I do not have a
clear/correct answer that I want? If after the first month your question
does not have a satisfactory answer, the question will be posted for an
additional month. Please keep it mind that some questions simply don't have
clear, straightforward answer(s) that can be answered through an online search
or through another reference source. In such cases, the user will attempt to
provide links to useful background information on the question. ( go Top)
9. What happens after the second month if I do not receive a clear
or correct answer? After the second month, you will have 1 week to choose
an answer. If you still have not chosen an answer, BZdot will review the
answers that have been given you, and if decided that an answer is competent,
the user with the highest ranked answer will be chosen for you and you will be
asked to pay. This is only if the answer is competent. ( go Top)
10. Why is there money on Hold in my account after I have asked a
question within the Q & A? You must have enough prepaid money in your
account to ask a question within the Q & A portion of BZdot. Once you
have asked the question, the amount which you said you would pay for the
question will be on hold within you account. ( go Top)
11. Can I get back the hold money if I have not received a correct
answer? If after the second month you have not chosen an answer and
BZdot has reviewed the answers and finds that they are not competent, than
the money on hold for the question within your account will be removed. ( go Top)
12. Can I cancel or revise my question? Once a question has
been submitted it can not be canceled or revised. ( go Top)
13. How will I know that the Questioner has chosen my
answer? An email will be sent to your account stating that your answer
has been chosen. Money will be credited to your account instantly. You can check
the balance of your account on My profile. ( go Top)
14. Why can't I unsubscribe while I have an open question?
You are unable to unsubscribe and close your account while you have an open
question. This is so that payment to the user who answers your question can not
be avoided. Once payment has been made, you can then close your account. ( go Top)

1. Why can I not download my purchased know-how document? There are
several reasons why you may not be able to download your purchased document.
Let's see if we can help you out. Please check the following:
(1)
You may need to change your internet options. In your web browser, click the
following: Tools/Internet options/Security. Make sure the Earth icon is set to
default and choose Custom Level. Change the file download option to enable.
(2) When you
attempt to download a document, there are two options (open) and (save). If you
select (open) to see your document, you might get a message that says File
cannot be accessed by the selected path. If this happens, try saving the
document to your local PC hard drive and then open the document. ( go Top)
2. How can I sell one of my know-how documents? To sell a document on BZdot, you must first login to your account. After you are logged in, click on the ¡°Purchase Documents¡± button on the task bar. Next click on the ¡°Post Document¡± button on the upper right side of the page. You can then follow the steps through the process to post your document. ( go Top)
3. What types of documents can not be uploaded? BZdot
wants you to be free in what biz know-how documents you can and can not sell, but a few
guidelines still must be in place. Please consider that BZdot does NOT
support documents with the following properties:
(1) Any
document that infringes on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, or
trade secret.
(2) Any
document that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
(3) Any
document that is defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or
unlawfully harassing.
(5) Any
document file that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other computer
programming routines that may damage, interfere with, or intercept any system,
data or personal information.
4. Do you proofread my uploaded know-how document? BZdot does
not proofread documents that are uploaded. This is why it is very important that
you make sure that you have proofread your document carefully before you submit
it. After you upload and submit your document to BZdot, it can not be

5. Can I upload my know-how document to other sites? No. Once you
upload a document to BZdot, you may not also offer, upload, or sell your
document to another website (see user agreement). ( go Top)
6. Can I remove or change the know-how document after it has been
uploaded? After you post your question, answer or document, you are unable to remove or modify them in any way. ( go Top)
7. How long can I download the know-how document I have purchased?
If you purchase a document from BZdot, you will be granted 48 hours
to download it to your computer. After 48 hours, you will no longer be able to
download the purchased document to your computer. You can access your purchased
document on your My profile for the 48
hour period starting at the time of purchase. ( go Top)
8. The purchased know-how document is different from the category that I
chose. Can I get a refund? Yes. You will be granted a refund under the
following violations: 1) A purchased file
is corrupted or damaged and is not useable. 2) A purchased document is found to
be in violation of a copyright. 3) 70% of the
purchased document is unrelated to the category with which it was

9. How do I report a know-how document that is in violation of a
copyright? If you believe that your work or the work of someone else has
been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright
infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of
the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that
you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim
is infringing is located on the Web site; your address, telephone number, and
email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that
the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the
law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above

10. I do not have enough in my BZdot prepaid account to buy a
know-how document. How can I still purchase it? If you do not have
enough in your account to purchase a document, you must prepay up to or beyond
the price of the document or service offered by BZdot. You are unable to
purchase a document if you do not have enough money within your BZdot

11. What is copyright infringement? An Infringement of
copyright can happen when a document is reproduced or communicated (including
communicated over the Internet) WITHOUT permission from the copyright owners.
BZdot is always on high alert for copyright infringement. We do all that we
can do to take care of possible problems in order to protect the rights of
copyright holders.
Please
report immediately, with proof, that a document has been copied without
permission of transfer or distribution.

12. Does BZdot charge fees for selling a know-how document?
BZdot charges a small
commission of 30% on each document that you sell. This fee is used to aid in the
verification process of your document, the transfer of the document to the

ads are ads that you can post offering anything from Desk lamps to Press Release
writing. Classified ads are for you to offer services, items, or anything else
that you would like to offer or sell. Here is a list of some of the items that

Freelancing, Desk Lamps, Biz Card services, Press Release Writing, computers and so on).

sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening
or unlawfully harassing content will be deleted immediately and disciplinary

2. Can I trust BZdot Video? Yes. BZdot Video is provided by credible experts within specific fields of business from sites such as CNN, Businessweek, Aol, Inc.com and Reuters. Each video is checked to make sure that it will provide you with reliable, specific information. ( go Top)

2. How can I post my URL (Web Address) to the BZdot
Directory? You can submit your URL (Web Address) through a simple
process. You must enter your URL address with a small summary or description of
your biz. This summary is very important because keywords taken from this
summary which will help your biz be seen. That's it. Once you submit it to
BZdot, it will be placed on the site within a few min. ( go Top)
3. What types of businesses can be submitted to the BZdot
Directory? Links placed within the biz directory portion of the Site must
be biz related. Nude, pornographic, or sexually explicit websites, whether biz
related or not, are prohibited. Links of explicit
content will be removed immediately and disciplinary action against the

4. What types of bizes can be
posted on the BZdot directory? BZdot allows any business to be posted within the directory with the following exceptions: Any business containing adult content. BZdot also does not allow nude, explicit, provocative, or defamatory pictures to be uploaded within the directory area. ( go Top)

1. Can I post my term in the Biz Glossary?
Yes. You can add a new glossary term and definition, or you can add your definition to an existing glossary term. To add a new glossary term, click on the "add to glossary" button in the upper right hand corner of the glossary page and follow the directions. If you want to add your definition to an exsisting term, you can click on the term, and you will see a box where you can add your own glossary defintion to the exsiting one on the bottom of the page.

2. What is the benefit for posting my glossary term? One of the benefits of posting a glossary term is that you can promote yourself. Other BZdot users can rate your definition, and by doing so, can raise your score. It is also a great way to open up networking possibilities.
